We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Please note: All tags need to be intact at return. 

To initiate returns, please submit your return request within 2 days of your purchase by emailing us at online@sudhafashions.com. You will need the order number and the email associated with your order to initiate returns.

• After you submit your return request, you receive an email from us within 24 hours.
• When you return your product – it must include a copy of the delivery packing slip or invoice.
• If the product is defected, please include the product picture in the email.
• All Sale/ Clearance items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
• We are not responsible for any damages caused to the packaging during transit but if you notice any damage to the product, submit an exchange request immediately via mail within 2 days of receiving the package for possible resolution.
• Every returned product goes through a review cycle. Hence, refund/exchange is subject to review by our customer success team.
• All returns will be made via Gpay, PayTM or PhonePay.

Notes:

1. Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect.
2. We make every effort to display the product colour as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies; we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
