Shipping policy

• We are committed to shipping your products in a timely manner. Your jewellery ships in 3–5 business days. Depending on the geographic location of the customer, it may take about 5–7 working days to deliver the product.
• Shipping Costs:
  Free shipping is available across India on prepaid orders above ₹1000.
  Orders below ₹1000 will be charged ₹100 as shipping fee.

• Note: Express shipping option available.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions.
  • If the package is lost or damaged during transit, contact our customer service immediately for possible resolution.
  • We will email you the tracking details once the order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
